He began at 51, when most would step away. (Late) Mr. S. A. Ramamoorthy chose to begin with conviction, discipline, and an uncompromising belief in doing things right. What he built was a way of thinking — where precision is non-negotiable, effort is absolute, and nothing is left unfinished.

Srimukha has invested in a dedicated solar power plant in Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, with an installed capacity of 4 MW across 15 acres. This clean energy investment currently supports 65% of our manufacturing operations, reflecting our long-term commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and building a more sustainable manufacturing base. In addition, we have installed rooftop solar systems across 2 of our manufacturing units, further reducing our dependence on grid power.
We follow a zero-waste approach to material use, recycling 100% of our steel scrap - chips, shavings, and cut-offs generated during machining are returned to the steel supply chain rather than sent to landfill. This closed-loop approach reduces raw material waste and supports responsible resource use across all 7 plants.

Srimukha’s seven state-of-the-art facilities are strategically clustered within a 2 km radius in Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai. This layout enables seamless parts routing and highly integrated cellular layouts.
With over 30 years of experience in the precision engineering and manufacturing industry, he is a visionary leader with excellent technical expertise and a strong commitment to excellence. He holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Crescent Engineering College, Chennai, and an M.S. from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
After taking the mantle from his father, Sri. S. A. Ramamoorthy, he carries forward the legacy of Srimukha with disciplined leadership and a decisive approach. He expects high performance from his team and motivates them to achieve their best. A strong advocate of technological advancement, he has consistently driven the adoption of automation and modern manufacturing practices to improve operational excellence and competitiveness.
His ability to understand customer needs, anticipate industry trends, and build long-term partnerships has been instrumental in the company’s sustained growth. Guided by strong values, integrity, and an uncompromising commitment to quality, he continues to inspire innovation while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
An experienced business leader with over 20 years of experience at Srimukha Precision Technologies, she handles Human Resources, Administration, and organizational development. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Ethiraj College, Chennai, an MCA from Bharathidasan University, and has completed the Women Entrepreneurship Program at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
She played a key role in the implementation of the company’s ERP system and continuously drives digital transformation across departments. She is committed to building efficient teams through training and knowledge sharing. A keen advocate for bringing more women into the workforce, she approaches people with empathy and is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. She is fully committed to breaking down systemic barriers and building an environment where female talent can excel without limits.
